TENNIS

 

Arbor Hills has 1 tennis court that is available for use by all homeowners and their guests at no charge.  Courts are to be used for tennis only.  No baseball, roller skating, or skateboarding on the courts, as these activities damage the court surface. 

Reservations and Hours of Operation

The tennis courts are available for use as reserved or on a first come first served basis 7-days a week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

 

 

POOL

 

The Arbor Hills pool is operated both as a Swim at Your Own Risk pool.  The pool opening and closing dates, as well as hours of operation vary annually and are posted below when finalized for the upcoming season.

Pool Gate

For the safety of our community and children it extremely important that the pool gate be kept closed at all times.

 

Parties and Events

The pool is not available for rental for private parties, but homeowners may bring up to 2 guests each.  

 

 

CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse is immediately on the left once you enter the Arbors Hills HOA, and the Clubhouse features an outdoor patio, kitchen, meeting spaces, and terrific view of the pool!  The clubhouse is available for neighborhood meetings and for private event rentals.

Homeowner

$50 per day

$150 refundable deposit

Rental Procedures

1. Download the Clubhouse Reservation and Use Agreement
2. Print and enter all information on rental agreement
3. Make checks payable to “Arbor Hills HOA”
4. Submit the rental application and check for the fee to Ellen Bond
5. Deposit will be returned to you provided there are no damages
6. Mail or deliver the completed agreement with deposit and fee to:
